Conceived in late 2021, AgencyMail has gone through many trials and errors before finally being born in mid-2022. During that time, our founder, Austin, tried and failed and tried some more, struggling each day to come up with the winning recipe. Beginning's its roots on the online marketplace Fiverr (back then it was called Writer's Haven), AgencyMail tried time and time again to branch off into its own business, but just couldn't seem to do it.

For months it operated on the search ranks of Fiverr's algorithm, barely scraping enough money to keep the project going. Day in, day out, Austin, would research ways to expand AgencyMail beyond just another gig profile. Weeks went past, and little progress was made. Agencymail was still at Fiverr's mercy, though now a few more sales were being made. This progress was all that Austin needed to shape the vision of what AgencyMail could truly become.

One day, on a slow, rainy Tuesday afternoon in April, our founder, Austin, was sitting at his desk, whiling away another few hours trying to figure out how the hell to launch this business off the ground. Through hours of research, watching videos and reading books from some of the world's most successful entrepreneurs, Austin stumbled across a little known business structure called an Agency. Now, he had heard of Agency's many times before, and knew how successful they were in the online business world, but he'd never thought to use the Agency structure for Writer's Haven.

Little did he know, Austin had just found the secret recipe that he had been looking for all along. After months and months of digging, an epiphany struck him, and Austin understood that this was his chance to get his business out of its rut and turn it into something that could shape the business world. And thus, after much more research and work, trialling and testing different niches, Writer's Haven was no more, and the story of AgencyMail was born.
